Terrible. Pre purchased this parking space for a concert at the Albert Hall and all the Just Park spaces were occupied! Tried to ring your help line with predictably no answer. Total waste of money. Would not use again.

The web site is easy to use. The confirmation email is quick and gives enough information to find the park space easily. The text reminders are useful and make it easy to extend or cancel a booking with quick refund.

16 Princes Gate parking. Easy to find, great spot to park if you are going to the R Albert Hall. 2 mins walk to venue. Also cheap for 8 hours £22.

There are several Just Park spaces at the Princes Gate location, all of which are numbered. It would be helpful if these are allocated as I was a little unsure; the last space available was down at the end hidden behind a van. If I'd had a bay number it would have been quicker to find, but its no big deal . In all, a fantastic location.

Got to the space I’d bought, and there was a protest and it was cornered off with police and loads of protestors! Had to go and park somewhere else and spend more money on parking in London.

Unfortunately on arrival just after 2pm, there was a car parked in our spot. We spent 30 minutes trying to make contact. I decided to drop some of my party nearer to the venue and return. After three phone calls (some automatic lines) we were told we could park in any ‘just park’ bays. There was none available. Luckily just after 3pm the owner of the car parked on my booked spot returned. He was booked that spot until 4pm. The same spot was booked by myself from 12pm until 11pm.
