Highly satisfactory. We parked in the space and it was clean and tidy. As parking goes the experience was fulfilling. The space had parkiness but also parkability. There was also a hint of parkitude detected. I wouldn’t go as far as parkology though as others had obviously parked before.

I was able to speak to the home owner, who was friendly, approachanble and completely professional. This location is a few minutes walk away from the Excel. My car was safely parked in the driveway and I look forward to parking in the same place in the future.
