Spoke to the owner. Very helpful. I parked my ford transit short wheel base on the drive. Just fitted length ways. Wheels on the drive bonnet overhung the path but that's fine. I would definitely recommend this parking space for safety reasons alone. It's that time of year when when you have to be vigilant with car thief's and people nicking your tools. This was a good option for me
