Early to book, easy to find, good prices.

We have used just park before so felt confident in using it again. There was some minor work being carried out which impeded the access to the pedestrian exit/entrance but otherwise it was great.

The pedestrian entrance was closed and only exit was to walk up roadway ramp. Having a disabled passenger in a wheelchair on board, this was extremely annoying, uncomfortable and even a little dangerous. Quite an unhappy customer you have here in all honesty.

Great car park very secure

Easy to use and find, excellent location for what we needed. Definitely use again.

All worked as expected

I booked a parking spot the night before and arrived as planned. Leaving, two hours later was, however, tricky. The gates were shut and without a passcode I could not open them to return to my car (the other pedestrian entrance was closed). Fortunately another car came to park and this triggered the gates opening, so I could return to my car.

Everything went well... clean, large spaces in Central London, with friendly attendants. Easy to find, all good, even a calming experience amidst a chaotic London.

Easy to find and generous parking space sizes, the height is restrictive but fine for a Rangerover Sport. The stairs, lifts could be cleaner but all in all very convenient and will use again.

The buying experience from JustPark was very good, however the car park we chose in Covent Garden was dirty and the space we used had metal sticking out of the ground.
