Everything gone well but I had an issue with the parking (it was supposed to be a sign for justpark customers) and was not there. I and couldn’t contact anyone, nor the parking owner nor anyone in just park after 2 calls and +10 mins waiting. Finally I parked anyway but with some fear anything going bad. No problem, but disappointed because the lack of assistance!

We have used just park before so felt confident in using it again.
There was some minor work being carried out which impeded the access to the pedestrian exit/entrance but otherwise it was great.

The pedestrian entrance was closed and only exit was to walk up roadway ramp. Having a disabled passenger in a wheelchair on board, this was extremely annoying, uncomfortable and even a little dangerous. Quite an unhappy customer you have here in all honesty.
