Although the maximum height of the car park is 1.9m, there are some areas of the car park where the roof is slightly lower than this. These are clearly marked with fluorescent tape.
Blue badge spaces are available on a first-come-first-served and cannot be pre-booked.
Ideally located opposite Hyde Park, 1 min walk away from Hyde Park Corner, and Piccadilly. Very convenient for Mayfair, Knightsbridge, and central London.
Please note that this parking space is inside the Congestion Zone.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent parking experience booked via JustPark at the Hilton car park.
On arrival, I parked in the basement level (B3), where I was approached by a man who claimed the space was reserved for the Qatari Embassy and asked me to move my car. There were no such restrictions mentioned in my booking confirmation or on-site signage. To avoid confrontation, I moved my car to another space, but this situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
It appears that either the Hilton hotel has not updated their parking allocation details with JustPark, or there is confusion about embassy parking arrangements that are not disclosed to customers. I strongly believe this should be investigated to prevent similar incidents for future users.
Please review this matter and confirm whether the Hilton car park (B3) is legitimately being used by embassy staff, and why such restrictions were not made clear at the time of booking. I would also appreciate a partial refund or parking credit for the inconvenience caused.

Spaces a bit tight and the very windy entrance and exit routes are narrow enough to be real wheel rim grinders. That's going to cost me!
