Pancras Road Car Park

I had problems leaving the car park as the system did not have my booking.

The spaces are very tight. Also it is very expensive compared to other global capital cities. I know it’s London but come on, for an overnight stay that is so expensive. Parking attendant was super helpful

Had to pay twice! Paid £26 for a couple of hours parking got to the multistorey parked right up to the camera and it wouldn't let me in. Same thing happened again when I tried to get out so had to pay again. Awful experience, will not be using again.

Clean, well lit with large spaces. Would use again. Only issue I had was that car sat nav took me to the rear although it was on the main road into town. The entrance is actually situated between both stations. Staff were helpful and friendly, would use again.

Easy to find, modern car park with wide spaces important as my Audi GT is often too wide for old car parks, perfect. Will definitely use again.

Great job, although the app had difficulties dealing with my request the aftercare agent Hashiem was not only really helpful but was adept at making what could be a stressful customer complaint into a very pleasant experience, truly an asset to the organisation.
