Westminster Abbey Orchard Street Car Park

Good location, great price. Slight problem to open the gate, but sorted quickly.

the barrier failed to open and nobody answered the provided helpline number - had to park elsewhere

Couldnt retrieve my car as app didnt work. No customer service after 6pm. Was left stranded.

came back after parking and found we couldnt get into get our car... then took about 15 minutes of harassement by an older man saying if we donated 10 ponds to a charity he would let us in.... and he offered to take to money from us and he would make to donation.....

Easy instructions, very close to my final destination in a safe and secure location

The parking is very secure and in a very good location based on where I was visiting. The easy to open the gate is top notch. The small downside is that the sign of the parking is a little bit hidden so i drove past it couple of times without noticing and almost gave up to park across the street that’s when I saw the sign. Other than that I will definitely park again if I visit west minster also it very cost effective compared to parking around the area.

Gate didn't open on exit. Stranded all night without any on site solution. Customer support unable to assist due to "technical error"

Easy to find, good location, barriers easy enough to use. I'm a confident driver and don't necessarily have a big car (TT) and felt fine, but my Mrs would of had a melt down. Not for the faint hearted. Would 100% park again
