Westminster Abbey Orchard Street Car Park

I paid almost £90 to park here for several days. I arrived and followed the instructions but I was unable to open the gate using the feature on the website. I called the help line number, they tried and failed for half an hour to get the gates to open. I missed my meeting. They cancelled my booking. I was promised a refund. Several days later I still have received no documentation regarding this. Avoid this car park!!

Very hard to find the entrance. The code provided didn’t work and I had to waist a lot of time on the phone with customer support. They were helping but I had to call many times in order to get in and out. I found myself locked inside while waiting for the customer service to answer. All in all a very bad experience

Spent a lot of time trying to access the parking space. The gate controls are faulty. Made me late for my meeting. Exit was also a huge problem.

Parking is tight but accessible, only issue was the code that was sent would not open the gates or doors so rang the number on gate there was no answer to had to go through all emails to find a different number to phone them to be let in and both occasions and on one of them ended up stood in the rain for nearly 25 mins in the rain with 2 small children waiting for an answer. But was cheap parking in a busy place like London
