Westminster Abbey Orchard Street Car Park

We could not find the car park and could not get any clear directions from the person in their office

I couldn't get phone signal in the (underground) car park, so couldn't open the shutter with the app. However the button by the door worked, (although I was a bit worried for a moment).

Tried parking at Westminster orchard street and the app wouldn’t trigger to let us through the gate. Had to contact customer support who were very good and opened the gate and then had to open the carpark shutter. Two other customers we spoke to also had the same problem. Getting out again we thought we’d have the same problem which we did so planned on getting back to the carpark before 8pm- the time at which customer services closed. We had the same problem and called customer services and they responded very well again. The reason for the two stars is because the app wouldn’t trigger the opening of the gate and shutter on both occasions and so we could leave the carpark we had to cut our evening short in London to be able to get the car out with the help of customer services

Security of Vehicles

Didnt let us park the car even though we had an reservation and when we called the said that someone should of informed that it was cancelled but we didnt get a message or a call until we rang costomers service. I willnot be using from this service or company ever again because the communcation theres zero do not recommed. Still waiting for mg refund.

Easy to book online,good price .

The parking was very hard to find. Once in, the parking is hard to drive a 4x4 suv around in. However the real problem was there is a single exit button. This means if the system thinks you have left you cant get back in. I was left for 2.5 hours on a dark winter’s night with absolutely no way of getting my car. Speaking to justpark and then bee parking (had to phone Amsterdam on my mobile) yielded no help. In the end they said you simply cant get your car. There was no further help. After hours outside I spotted a person entering flats above. They were kind enough to allow me into the building to hunt for an emergency exit into the park below. Luckily I found one. I could then use the emergency door open from inside to get my car out. Mine was the only car inside and I even tried buying more parking to see if i could open the door but both bee and justpark said it was full so no more purchases possible to open the gate. I honestly thought I would be in a hotel. Avoid this parking at all costs. Really really don’t park here.

Terrible app that didnt send the code and created major anxieties

I paid almost £90 to park here for several days. I arrived and followed the instructions but I was unable to open the gate using the feature on the website. I called the help line number, they tried and failed for half an hour to get the gates to open. I missed my meeting. They cancelled my booking. I was promised a refund. Several days later I still have received no documentation regarding this. Avoid this car park!!

Very hard to find the entrance. The code provided didn’t work and I had to waist a lot of time on the phone with customer support. They were helping but I had to call many times in order to get in and out. I found myself locked inside while waiting for the customer service to answer. All in all a very bad experience
