Car Park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA

The entrance is extremely tight and the code wasn't working correctly so someone else kindly let me in. Once in there were extremely narrow spaces that either had a head height that was too low or I couldn't open my door to get out of it. I eventually could just about half park into a very low head height space but when I came back I was blocked in by another car who parked on the line right by my driver side. 30 minutes of waiting in this dark and dirty place whilst I eventually found a kind young man who climbed through the back of my car and into the driver seat to reverse my car out. This was the worst place I have parked in since I started using Just Park several years ago. NOT RECOMMENDED!

One way street entrance and very difficult to find. Very narrow entrance. Do not recommend

Worse parking space ever,extremely difficult to find with no clear Parking sign/signage. Am sure it was done on purpose to just make the whole journey more stressful. The parking it's self is tight and which resulted to my car been stretched. And am sure am not the first as the concert pole was full of paint from car stretches. And to end the evening we couldn't even get in the car park there were no clear message or guidances. Ended up wasting so much time and finally find out we actually needed a code to get back in the car park. Absolutely complete nightmare and not worth the long term damage and headache AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I'm sorry, but I end up damaging my car cause the driving into it was very tight not very happy ruined my evening out

Well, Never had the experience of using your parking lot as I had an incidence while journeying down to London and could not utilise the parking space. Neither was there an opportunity to cancel hours before the allocated time.

0 STARS!!!!!!! I have scraped the whole side of the passenger exterior trying to drive into this car park and my car isn’t even big! I am absolutely devastated about the damage and stress this has caused me. Goodbye £3k trying to fix it!!!! FURIOUS! Would NOT recommend this car park!!!

no code given with receipt. 'open gate' button didn't work in app when i arrived. Had to call helpline and block traffic for 5mins until i was given a code

Easy to park

It's a horrendus car park and I wouldn't dream of booking any further with JustPark parking locations!!! The parking bit is not a problem coz fortunately, I am experience in maneuvering my car despite horrendous tight & narrow slots for a parking space. The slots are NOT fit nor ideal for Crossover to SUV size cars!!! Furthermore, its a sewer with URINE stenching the air and floors have lots of Pee-puddles just as one steps out of the cockpit.... OMGawdddd!!! Fortunately, as pre cautioned by friends who had parked in London's cheapo locations, to bring lots of old newspaper to place on the car's floorboards which I heeded. You need a complete REVAMP of yr infrastructure providing parking, broaden the slots and for what is hourly charged, you should be able to hire & afford a janitor team to make sure no filthy pungent STENCH gets emmitted in yr parking locations. It is as bad as a CESSPIT I dare add without retracting my horror & disgust on my 1st day parking reservation at the St Martins Street in close proximity to Chinatown. Response update- Oct 06, 2025: "This space is not recommended for larger cars and vehicles." I did not get to read this notification however, if it was there, I won't reject the claim for it may be located where practically no one gets to read that far and deeply entrenched among the small prints. nonetheless, the Public will certainly appreciate reconsidering JustPark's parking facility after serious measures to improve the conditions I witness personally. One other note for improvement, place Security cameras and disallow "loitering" of individuals in the parking floors. They have NO REASON to be on any floor when they have no vehicles parked within... and there again, a 2-man vetted Janitor Team would secure an improve state with the parking service. In conclusion, repaint & repair EVERY damaged sightings albeit the walls or kerbs etc.... they give an impression on hazardous tight spacings leading to cars grazing the property while struggling in or out of the carpark. Yr daily revenue should be able to regularly cover the maintenance cost & upkeep.
