Car Park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA

never used parking space,sat nav told me in a pedestrian walkway. Due to time restraints parked where i could.

Impossible to drive into this incredibly narrow and difficult entrance! Absolutely horrendous!

The car parking entrance was very tight and despite 3 attempts to drive the car a Vauxhall Astra in I scratched my passenger door on the wall not happy. Having looked at the entrance pillar I wasn't the first or will be the last. The code I was given did not work, and parking spaces very small, I tried 3 until I found one my partner could get out of the car and a couple of spaces had low ceilings. Trying to get vehicle out code did not work four numbers & # I was told. Fortunately we were saved by another driver who had a six digit code with #. So not happy with the car parking entrance was, if you have a mini you should be ok anything bigger prepare to damage your car entering / exiting and small spaces

This space was easy to find. The carpark is quite small and tight but not too bad to park in. Our code didn't work and we were stuck in the carpark for 15 minutes until luckily someone else came in and we could get out.

Easy to book and find

I will never park here again! Who on earth thought it was a good idea to put a pillar right in the middle of the entrance? And as soon as you drive in, you’re immediately faced with some rubbish carts and a bike shed — it’s practically impossible not to scrape your car. Just look at the pillar at the entrance: years of cars hitting it have already worn it down. A car park designed like this should never exist if the owners had any sense of responsibility!

Entrance to the car park is very tight & there is a large post in the centre, so be careful when swinging in. Some spaces are narrow. In general, the car park is secure & within a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square. Would book again.

All three spaces that I booked were exactly what was expected. There was an issue getting into the first car park that I used (entry code would not work). I rang JustPark and the staff member was very friendly and helpful, they sorted the issue quickly and the new code worked. The app is very easy to use and gives you all the information you need. I will be using this app again in the future. Thank you JustPark

Absolutely disappointed, angry and I cannot even find a word. I booked it mire than a week ago. I got not a single email,or a code for enter to the carpark. I had to book on other space for double price . They have no customer service number,nothing. They ruined my anniversary.
