The car park was very close to the Playhouse Theatre, where we were going. However, the space getting in was very tight. And the car park spaces themselves were tight. As I was using a scooter I had to stay forward to get it out. On return they could not open the gates to get in or out and we waited nearly an hour. We had an onward journey and arrived later than we had anticipated.

This parking area was very difficult to park/move. It was 30 plus minutes to get out of the garage. Too many cars parked without consideration of how it impacted others. Use a small car when using this lot

the gates didn't open when we needed to leave we have been here for 30 minutes none of the codes work .

Convenient car park to leave your car as you carry on with some errands in the city centre.
However there was urine smelling in the parking, as a suggestion if the cameras could capture those doing it and send them a penalty ticket in order to maintain the standards of the parking.
Overall I can't find any other fault.
