Car Park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA

This was a stressful experience because the PIN numbers provided to enter and exit the car park did not work! The entrance is on a single lane road where we could not wait whilst I tried to gain entry and my husband had to keep driving away and reversing back to allow other vehicles to get by!

The entrance to the carpark was tight, but the app worked well for opening the gates remotely. It could have done with some signs to show how to get out as a pedestrian (my wife was in a wheelchair so we used the vehicle ramp).

The entrance is narrow that the car must be aligned and right in front of the gate in order to get through otherwise it is hard, as a result my car was scratched. Does anyone check these car parks?at the end If some of the space behind my car wasn’t empty I couldn’t get out of my space for sure. I will not consider to use just park in future.

too tiny a space for cars to park, and difficulty gaining access. however, it is more secure for me coming from outside London

No problems once we got the updated entry and exit code. Despite being right next to the entrance I couldn't use the app to open the barrier so had call customer services. They were quick to answer and within a few minutes I had a working code. Not the fault of the car park but access to the road on the day was difficult as there was an event on and Google maps couldn't find an alternative route. We ended up working it out ourselves but it wouldn't have been possible if I was on my own. Another driver arrived just after and said they'd had to ask to be let through a Road Closed bit. Once open the access is tight but I managed in our Skoda Enyaq without any drama. The car park has small spaces but seems secure. I felt confident leaving my car there for the day.

The parking place was not accessible due to road closure so should not be advertised as available. It is a con so I should get a refund. Not impressed

Would NEVER EVER use this car park again, completely not suitable for anything other than small vehicles. Almost impossible to get into without doing damage to car. Some of the spaces unusable except for maybe a mini or similar small car. Good location but that was the only thing going for it

This car park is awful. The number did not work for us to enter the car park. We had to go to the reception area to get another number which took a lot of time. Once the car park was open we had to squeeze through the very tight space to enter which resulted in my husband scraping the side of his car. We will never use this car park again.

the pin provided did not work. the automatic barrier on the app did not work. Just park took 20 mins to answer the call and had to give me another code. very big headache.

Centrally located & very near the local attractions.
