Car Park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA

I claimed a refund, on the day I could hardly get into the garage then could not park in a space. I did a bot chat immediately, now I've heard nothing. Very disappointed as I had to pay again to park on the day, losing over £25!

Column in middle of entrance makes for a tight turn from the narrow street. Don't use if you have anything other than a small car.

Couldn't even get into the car park. Ended out smashing my car at the entrance whilst the electric gate continued to keep closing on my car.

The parking location was difficult to find being tucked down a side street. Parking was fine but it is tight and required some manoeuvring. Real let down but not necessarily JustPark was the road was closed due to filming going on and there was no alternative route. I had to beg the staff to let me through which took sometimes. Unlucky timing for me. I would use again now I know where it is.

Easy to find using Google Maps, took me right to the entrance. Quick in-and-out process. I got in with a VW 7-seater not exactly a small car and had no problems. I honestly don’t get the negative reviews about the entrance being tight. Where did you get your driving licence from, Temu? Come on. There was even a delivery van parked next to mine. The price was good and the car park is right behind the National Gallery, so bang in the city centre. What more do you want?

the code to enter and exit was confusing because only one of the codes 1306# worked not the other code,other people were having the se problem yesterday

Great location and very secure, only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is that it is quite narrow/awkward to get in, fine for small cars but for bigger cars it's a bit stressful driving in.

Really close to venue and good security Website a bit difficult to navigate and finalise but on the whole very pleased

Secure, clean and well lit parking area. Great price for 3hrs parking on Trafalgar Square. I will use Just Park again and definitely recommend it to others.

First time I've used their services, simple to use . I would recommend if your going somewhere and require parking. Used the parking as booked. My only issue was the carpark, which was below ground. On trying to leave , I needed to enter a pin code to open the electric barrier gates This was difficult as getting signal to open the email and retrieve the code required! Stood by the gate trying to get signal lol! That said I'd certainly use there service again!
