Car Park on St Martin's Street, WC2H 7HA

I will never park here again! Who on earth thought it was a good idea to put a pillar right in the middle of the entrance? And as soon as you drive in, you’re immediately faced with some rubbish carts and a bike shed — it’s practically impossible not to scrape your car. Just look at the pillar at the entrance: years of cars hitting it have already worn it down. A car park designed like this should never exist if the owners had any sense of responsibility!

Entrance to the car park is very tight & there is a large post in the centre, so be careful when swinging in. Some spaces are narrow. In general, the car park is secure & within a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square. Would book again.

All three spaces that I booked were exactly what was expected. There was an issue getting into the first car park that I used (entry code would not work). I rang JustPark and the staff member was very friendly and helpful, they sorted the issue quickly and the new code worked. The app is very easy to use and gives you all the information you need. I will be using this app again in the future. Thank you JustPark

Absolutely disappointed, angry and I cannot even find a word. I booked it mire than a week ago. I got not a single email,or a code for enter to the carpark. I had to book on other space for double price . They have no customer service number,nothing. They ruined my anniversary.

Car park was tight, as per warning, but my van did fit at exaclty 2m height and location was just what i needed. Also felt more secure than nearby car parks due to automated gates and no way in for passers by.

Very hard to find as there is no obvious signage visible from the roadside. Due to bollards being positioned to the left of the road opposite the entrance it was incredibly difficult to get the angle to go straight into the entrance. I have a Land Rover Discovery Sport and I damaged the plant on my left wing mirror trying to manoeuvre into the entrance. Upon parking I had to climb over to the passenger side to get out of the car. Only suitable for medium to small cars that is for sure. Won't be using this car park again.

The entrance is extremely narrow. Not helped by garbage bins also partly blocking the already very narrow entrance.

The place has a great location. Clear instructions were given.

Very easy to book, reasonably priced for central London and the key code worked. Getting into the car park was a bit of a squeeze.

Entry process did not work. Neither the pin code nor the entry on the app (error stating I wasn't close enough despite being immediately right outside. Phone signal poor due to proximity of building meant it was almost impossible to contact Justpark to resolve. Would not recommend
