I attended the parking space yesterday morning and found a call parked in the space allocated to just park I tried to reach both the phone service for just park and the owner of the property but no answer from either so had to find alternative parking

On arrival the space was occupied by 2 vehicles !! had to contact space owner who was on holiday ( I assume) had to contact space owner a 2nd time as her represntative still hadnt arrivd to clear a vehicle from the space, he eventually arrived and cleasred the space for us to park. He said he thought booking was an hour larer !!
Would I use space again ? Not sure, felt a bit intimedated
