I had my car rear window smashed, they clear everything including my 2 suitcases that we supposed to take on holiday in the morning.

Wrong instructions to the parking near Queens theater. Insructions led us somewhere half an hour drive from the actual parking space, which led to us being late for the theater show. Never got to the actual parking space but still had to pay even though we did not use it.
