when i arrived at the gates the automatic door opening did not work. i could not find any assistance for20mins(check your cctv) the person who eventually gave assistance was very nice .

It was good once I eventually parked, but myself and another woman struggled initially. We were at a space near Thistle Hotel (with limited cell signal) but spent ages trying to register/park there only to be told to go to Q-Park Chinatown. I think this service probably works best when booked in advance, other than that pretty handy
