I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent booking. The parking spot I purchased should not have been sold, as road closures in the area made it inaccessible. Since the road closures were known in advance, the space should not have been listed as available.
I kindly request that you review this matter and provide a suitable resolution, as I was unable to use the space I paid for.

An absolute scam, we pre-paid £45 for a space for 2 days. On returning to our car, we were advised to pay £65 by the carpark owning company, they had no contact number available and just park didn't seem to care when I rang them. So for a 2 day parking event we spent £110 for essentially a supermarket car park.
Appalling customer service, do not use just park and do not use this carpark
