- Less than a 3 Minute walk to Custom House DLR & Elizabeth Line!
- Around 6 mins to the Sunborn Yacht Hotel by walking
- Less than 10 mins door to door to Canary Wharf, 18 mins to Liverpool St with the new Elizabeth Line.
- Space is large enough for a Range Rover or cars of a similar size. Long wheel base vans up to 6m long can be accommodated. The 2nd picture should give scale as this is a long wheel base van.
- Have peace of mind your car will be safe on my driveway on this quiet residential street during your stay.
- 10 minute Uber to London City Airport. Easy access to the A13.
- 24 Hour Access. Come and go at your leisure.
- Access to the ExCeL is now step-free with a lift at the station in case of any children's prams/wheelchairs.
- Please note, the curb isn't fully dropped, but most cars will comfortably clear it. Its not a particularly high curb.

this was a amazing spot for anyone wanting to go to the excel centre for any reason you couldn't be closer if u tried I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle and all the information provided by the owner is correct and helpful especially the direction's to the excel I will deffo be back using the spot next year for dragcon

arrived to find no space on driveway to park. Nobody home and no answer on the phone. Left a message- nobody got back to me. Booked space weeks ago .

When I got to the space I had to squeeze my car in as the car in the driveway was parked too far over. When I returned to my vehicle, it looked like it had been used as target practice for people throwing food. I had a feeling I would have issues as when I parked and got out the car, there were some youths shouting at me which made me feel a bit nervous
