Long term bookings only - i.e. 1 MONTH or more ON WEEKLY 7 DAYS BASIS ONLY- you will be provided with Garage entry fob with FULLY refundable deposit of £70.
Garage fob - [ LONG TERM BOOKINGS ONLY - ONE MONTH OR MORE ] to be collected from the concierge staff, once I have confirmed receipt of deposit of £70, who will direct you to the appropriate space.

Good communication with owner but key fob would be really helpful (owner in the process of acuiring one) as requires asking porter for access each time. Also spaces slightly tight if you have large suv.
