Easy to find,no problem gaining entry even after entering wrong no plate, easy to exit and get going home.

It was easy to find the car park and it was easy to leave at the end of the event.

The car park I booked was locked and I was unable to park there.

Makes easy and practical to park for events.

We booked a space in Car Park 1 as we were attending a concert at O2. Booking was straight forward, as was arriving and parking. However, leaving was an absolute nightmare. All the parked cars from this 2,100 space car park were funnelled through just TWO barriered exit points. We joined the queue and were stationary for at least 40 minutes. There was no-one from either Just Park or the venue to assist with issues that obviously were occurring. As nothing moved we suspect the barriers we not working. Eventually several guys arrived in high vis jackets and gradually we started to move a couple of cars lengths at a time. It became apparent that these guys were not on top of the situation as only one queue of the many queues funnelling to the exit was moving, and as you can appreciated people in the other queues were frustrated. Eventually the guys became aware of this and did make a half-hearted attempt to alternate those moving through the barriers. We had prepaid the parking fee and were amazed when we were asked for a ticket to use to get the barrier to rise! Finally, after 1 hour and 20 minutes we cleared the car park. For an international venue that does this almost daily, this was appalling and amateur operation. This is not to be blamed on the traffic outside the carpark either as that had greater capacity than was coming from the car park. This was the worst end to a great evening and we know that this could have been handled in a much more professional manner enabling everyone to exit the car park in a timely manner. Truthfully some compensation should be due for the 1000's man hours lost due to this incompetence. Regretfully the otherwise awesome O2 is now way down our list of events venues for the future.
