The O2 Valet Parking - Events

I paid for valet parking because of limited mobility but because I arrived at 16:20 wasn’t allowed to use it to park on arrival as I had arrived 10 minutes before the service started. Went to the car park as told and was informed that I could have had valet parking after all - everyone had a different opinion. Valet parking should be available for the whole day if booked. Getting the car back at the end of the concert was great - ticket checked, radio call and by the time we got to the door the car was there with a lovely, helpful and polite valet. It’s a shame that the service was so different in the afternoon.

The valet experience was well worth the extra fee. I've been recommending the service to my friends.

O2 Valet parking…….. absolutely fantastic. Would recommend anyone to use it.

The Just Park valet service was great. My partner has recently had a knee replacement so can't walk too far. You drive to the car park, are checked in, given a ticket to show when you want your car back and hand over the keys. There is a covered walkway straight into the 02. After the show, a short walk back where your ticket is checked and staff radio for the car to be brought to the drop off point. By the time we walked to the end of the corridor it was there. We'd definitely recommend it and use it again.

Polite, friendly

Very good. Found our parking space but next to a lamppost and bumped into it. Otherwise all perfect.

I booked in advance thinking I would get a cheaper deal but when I got to the car park you had to pay £40 for an event day, where as I paid £60 online! Absolute rip off
