Staff unable to clearly communicate, didnt listen on arrival had prebooked blue badge and tried to send us as far away from o2 as possible defeating the idea of 1 prebooking and 2 a blue badge space also didnt listen to prebook gave us a paper ticket. Same staff member on exit then wanted qr code from booking which then came up hadnt been scanned it. Would really help if staff were trained and understood what they needed to do

We had to park quite far from the O2 arena and walk for 15 minutes. When I was told that itvwoukd be a 7 min walk. My husband is limited walk and is disabled. The staff there were quite rude and not professional when asked questions about parking. Then when it was time to leave the car park it took us half an hour which should be straight forward. It was very stressful and my anxiety got worse while waiting.

It would have been 5 stars but so much traffic was created at the end because people had to find the QR codes to leave . No one was expecting that especially considering you can't enter without it..by the end of the night batteries are dead.. signal is poor..total unnecessary chaos.

This was the worst parking experience I’ve ever had at The O2. We arrived around 20:00 with a pre-booked accessible parking space, only to be told that all the disabled spaces had already been taken by others who arrived earlier. We were then informed—quite shockingly—that despite booking in advance, the accessible parking operates on a first come, first served basis. Apparently, this is mentioned somewhere in the booking confirmation, but it completely defeats the purpose of reserving an accessible space in the first place. As an alternative, we were offered a space further away within Car Park 1 — which entirely misses the point of needing disabled parking in close proximity to the venue. We refused this option and insisted there must be suitable spaces available. After several minutes of back-and-forth, we were finally allowed through to check ourselves. At that point, one of the staff members told us that there were plenty of spaces still available, although not all were marked with the disabled symbol. She had apparently informed the gate assistants of this several times, but they continued turning people away, claiming there were no available disabled spaces. We weren’t the only ones affected — at least five other parties were in the same situation but had reluctantly parked elsewhere because they weren’t as persistent. That’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, exiting the car park took nearly an hour. Staff were checking tickets at the front gate, while the back gate of Car Park 1 was inexplicably closed. This caused chaos, with cars coming from every direction, all trying to get out at once. Considering we had prepaid, there was absolutely no reason for such a delay — normally, payment is handled before entry, and exit should be straightforward. This entire experience was disorganized, frustrating, and could have been easily avoided with proper planning, communication, and management. It’s incredibly disappointing — especially for those relying on accessible services — and needs urgent attention to prevent this from happening again.
