Very easy to do thank you

I tried a few times to book through the O2 app but it kept freezing. So I went straight to your website and had no trouble at all.

Not clear whether you will ensure a disabled bay will be held, past experience is I’ve been told to try another car park to get a larger bay and close proximity to the o2. Update: Visited car park 1 at the weekend, booked months ago, no check on my booking upon entry, told to go left. No guidance to disabled parking, no reserved blue badge space even though pre booked. Disappointing not accessible and inconvenient. Adds stress to a leisure event sadly.

Easy to book, no issues

Brilliant the 2 ladies on the gate , were very helpful as the ticket went missing from my account , so they asked me to show them my details as conformation and let me through , friendly profession and polite , great after a long drive to the 02

It was much easier and well organised going into the O2, but coming out was horrendous. Took us over an hour to leave the car park, no direction, very little organisation. Was disappointing

I'd booked Blue Badge parking but on arrival was being directed into another section of car park, I showed my badge and was told the spaces were full!! I didnt accept this as I'd prefer booked it so pointed this out and didnt want my son to have to walk further than necessary the guy on the gate called out to someone, after a discussion I was told to go through and they'd park me near gate. There were 6 or so spaces blocked off with cones which they moved to allow me to park in one. Still not as close as disabled bays but closer than they had been sending me. If you reserve Blue Badge it's for a reason so your space shoukd be reserved.

Quick and easy

Lovely polite staff. Easy directions. Still a bit of a walk to the Dome itself but good safe parking
