I don't like the fact you have to scan a qr code on arrival, it's a pain in the butt having to stop to forage in my hand bag to find my phone and the log in to bring my booking up. Previously the barriers went up with just number plate recognition and welcomed me by name on the screen! Really annoying!

Entering car park one blue badge area was a simple exercise. Getting out of car park one blue badge area was another matter, I presented the QR code to the exit barrier machine at least 10 times before I was allowed to leave this was upsetting not only for me but for the other 10 cars and drivers behind me.

Easy to locate and blue badge parking was as close as you could get to the venue.
There were plenty of attendants to help on the exit but the only problem we had were so many people trying to push in to the exit lanes, if the side sections were barricaded off then everyone would have to join the same queue...everyone knows there are rude drivers that just aren't considerate.

We couldnt exit automatically from the car park. The barrier wouldnt go up. Never had this priblem before when visiting.
