Matilda Street Car Park

The car park was easy to find, however the app to open the gate did not work. Had to use the one time pin numerous times as throughout our stay the app never worked to open the gate. Spaces are rather tight but fit my car fine, would not recommend if you have a saloon or SUV. There was some lower sections at the back which also hindered boot access.

Safe, secure, clean and clear instructions to get into parking. FYI parking spots not ideal for large vehicles

Just got a £160 fine for driving along Matilda Street! When the description says "no left turns on to Matilda St I think what it actually means is "no access from Richmond Avenue". Presumably it's OK from the Copenhagen St end. The signs on the street are not particularly obvious when you’re trying to turn into a road and actually looking where you're going to avoid running people over. Space itself narrow – had to park to one side in a Ford Focus so I could get out – but otherwise fine. Gate opening via the app didn’t work on entry or exit and on exit the keypad code wouldn't work either, fortunately only waited a few minutes on the phone for JustPark to issue a new code. Other than all those things, a good location!

Excellent car park, systems are very user friendly and very safe space for your car. Will use it again.

I used the people door to leave the parking and I got stuck in a residential area without exit to the street.
