For us, the location was excellent. Just a bit north of Kings Cross in Notting Hill. No need to enter the congestion zone. Slightly negative: The height is quite limited and opening the trunk fully is not to be advised. And the access button (in the app) did not work ("too far away" as I was standing in front of the door), therefore we needed to use the one-time PIN

I parked and left via the door which led to a small estate which I then couldn't walk out of. So my daughter and I had to scale a sloped wall and steel fence to leave. I did like being able to open the car park gate with the just park app.

Lots of options shown, helpful updates and reminders about your parking session, and very user friendly. The app even let me open the barrier to the underground car park without us having to get out or press a button. I'd highly recommend JustPark

I have a Normal saloon,
Which fitted perfectly fine between the yellow lines.
They told me they won't activate the lift and to go elsewhere.
Unprofessional!
Wasted 1-2 hours more of time, was late for work.
*warning* avoid this car park at all costs
