Could not park, no space, no reply on mobile number for the contact, have to wait 48hrs for them to investigate..no sign of any refund yet. Could have caused me real issues... disappointed overall. Updated
In fairness the company replied back within 24 hours, refunded money and provided a discount on the next booking. I will give them a go once more...they can't be blamed for every contact failing to fulfil their agreement.
