10 Lower Thames Street Car Park

Not well sign posted, 2 bays allocated extremely tight in bay 2 with a pillar and home office vans making it very tight to park and get out if another large car is in bay 1. Smaller cars would be fine like a Fiat 500

A bit tight for a minivan but good value for money.

Car park wasn't open.

Not the car park I thought we were booking(Tower Hill car park). This ,I had chosen for its closeness to the Tower of London as I am a wheelchair user . I feel this was a little misleading. Yes it was on Lower Thames St , but this facility was much further away than anticipated . This facility was very secure but the space allocated was very small and difficult to manoeuvre into , and accessing my boot was impossible when parked , we had to pull forward to take my chair out of the back. The gentleman on the intercom was courteous and gave me extra time to access and exit the facility . I would not have booked this if I had realised it wasn’t my intended carpark which would have had proper access and usual type bays.Fortunately my wheelchair is motorised as this facility was definately not suitable for a mechanical chair as there is a steep ramp into the facility .If you are able bodied and can park in very tight spaces then this was ok .I would do more research next time .

No anpr so bit of a faff buzzing in and waiting for barriers to open, but otherwise all good.

Took me over 15 mins to get my car to fit in Only positive a lovely employee called Gary who helped me out! Much grateful!

Parking spot was simply not accessible to me. Only one space offered, I would never use this app again, as only having one space to offer is not acceptable

Unable to park, went underground and it was full. Really shocking space and I would never book such a space in future. Unreliable and really poor management with extra cars parked on the only entry and exit ramp to and from the underground level. Refund required. This was really shocking.

Easy to find, good location and reasonable all day rate. Parking space was tight for 4x4 size car. Security guard was abysmal though, stroppy, unhelpful with a cant be bothered attitude. We struggled to get back in to the carpark on foot - had to walk back up and buzz a few times. Great space, send the security card on a customer service course !

The entrance to the park was through a buzzer. No issues while entering in the park. When I came back to get in the car the buzzer would not respond. I stayed 30-40 minutes outside the park gate trying for someone to respond. I was with my family and a little kid and it was raining. Horrible experience. I called Justpark but it was out of hours so they gave me a PIN code that was not helpful. I tried calling the fire brigade to try to get help but they wouldn't because "it was not an emergency". I had to call a security number that I found somewhere nearby the gate. They managed to open the gate after 40 minutes waiting outside. Will Never again book this car park
