Had neighbours very angry with me using the space and told me I couldn’t leave my car there. That the spaces are council owned and the person receiving money for the space is not even a resident at the council house that the space is for, apparently they live in Malta? This is only what I was told but it definitely made me feel very uncomfortable and unable to use the space that i had paid for

It's a scam. It's is a resident only parking with no allocated space for flat 7 and it was a near miss for me - just come back on time to avoid my car to be towed away by the council
