Your price has increased from £5.00 to £12.00 which is quite a big change but otherwise still a good location.

Could not enter the parking garage with my credit card as proposed in yoiur confirmation paper. Had to take a ticket in te normal way an paid over £30!!!

The credit card didn't recognized as previous comments but called up from the machine and lady on the other hand was very helpful and good. Good parking facilities/

Location was great, however there was a problem with my card not being recognised. This didn't prove too problematic as it seemed to be a system problem on the day so NCP ensured there were staff available when we left so I simply showed them my email confirmation and we were on our way.

Price initially quoted by JustPark was just over £11 but just after I confirmed purchase the price hiked up to £28. Have complained to JustPark and have had no reply. Additionally when we arrived at the car park and inserted our card for entry as instructed it was rejected and we could not enter. Pressed help button at car park but there was no reply.

Debit card wouldn't get recognised at the barrier aphid to be let in with a ticket and sort it on exit. I saw lots of people with the same problem so took me 15 minutes to leave

Convenient and reasonably priced all day parking for our visit to an event in Hyde Park and quick to leave after the event unlike other parking in the area. Will use again.

It was easy to book & get confirmation details of our booking, but the booking was not recognised by the ticket machine on the way in, and it took us 25 minutes to exit the car park while the NCP call centre had to verify our booking. I saw 6-7 people struggling with them same problem when we were there.
