This was not secure parking. On arrive the gentleman on duty dire ted us to park outside the secure gates of pickfords carpart. When questioned about the secure car park. He just signal us to park outside. When we arrive in the morning to collect car. Next next gentleman on shift was totally unaware we had parked our car there and had a booking . Not good.

The car park, listed as manned and open 24 hours, was closed and deserted when we arrived already having paid for the parking. No reply from just park and so far no reply to my request for a refund.
