As per phone conversation, 'Open Barrier' didn't work at any time, either arriving or departing.

My car registration was not recognised. There were 10 plus people sitting in the back of car park- concern for safety in locked area!

Easy to find,clean and secure.

Tried to open door using code and the app didn't recognize my booking. A passerby on a bike offered to let us in and told us the code. Place is easy to find and spaces are ok but be warned, there are homeless people congregating at the other end of the enclosed parking so when we arrived in evening we didn't feel safe. Also it was hard to exit, it was only because someone was leaving on a bike we could exit. Think twice before using this place. Honest review

There was no instructions to open the door detailing the code to allow my car inside. My car was in the middle of raid waiting to try and open the door. I used the website of the parking company and put my details in my booking was not recognised. Attempted to call the number provided and no answer. Luckily someone opened the door as I was waiting outside. The exit door also doesn't work so you have to go through the entrance and the doors don't automatically open. Lack of information causing hassle to get your car.

Well priced parking garage with ample space. Great location which is a short walk to nearest tube station.

Do not park here. I’ve used the app JustPark for a while now everytime I’ve visited London and usually a gated car park can be trustworthy. However, this car park was horrendous. From the moment we parked there were 3-4 individuals sat on office chairs in the corner surrounded by rubbish and god knows what else with a strong smell of drugs. Our car has cameras and we picked up several dodgy characters standing in-front of and around our car at all times of the day, including 1:30am. If it wasn’t for the fact it was a quick stay and the fact we have recording capabilities, I would have certainly moved the car to a safer car park. There is also an electric bike hire lot in the far corner which allows people to just wonder in and out easily. There’s no point calling this secure what so ever. Highly recommend anyone to avoid.
