Parking address and name were inaccurate, lots of time spent trying to get proper directions to the park especially with one way system which isn't reflected on maps yet.

No space available when I arrived. Staff member was verbally abusive and threatening ‘don’t make me angry’ is a direct quote. Essentially me to take a hike and ask just park for a refund. Not what I expect from just park.

Staff were excellent. Car park was conveniently located, safe and secure.
Space was very tight and low roof height and protruding pipes (which were hard to spot) meant that we ended up damaging our car tailgate and now have to get it fixed. I fully appreciate this was an avoidable accident on our part but it's worth pointing out and being aware of for future customers.

Space was easy to find as under the hotel, however to get into the car park the entrance is extremely narrow and goes down several levels into a basement, there are limited spaces depending on how booked it has been so when I got there was only one space left which was very very hard to get into. Would only recommend if you have a smaller car as was quite a squeeze to get my Q2 in here. Car park was safe as underground and if booked online you show the carpark attendant your email on exit who lets you out - make sure to get the email up before you go back to the car as there is no signal as it is underground. Car park attendants were very helpful and polite

Great location for our event nearby. Entrance is shared with park tower casino and this should be explained (two limos parked made it tricky to get past and drive down the entry) spaces underground needs careful manouvering and height included banging my head when i got out of the car.
