King's Cross Killick Street Car Park

Everything was exactly as expected. The app is great as well just one click on the screen and you in the same on the way out. Plenty of spaces and great location too. Thanks again

Following other reviews, I was careful to ensure the app had permission to access my location. The 'open barrier' button worked perfectly. Easy access to the spaces, outside of the congestion charge zone, and plenty of room to park, not at all busy. Would definitely use this car park again if in the area.

The gate didn't open... I couldn't get in and at 3am it wasn't ideal. How do I get my money refunded?

Perfect apart from very tight spaces. But given we were in London, it’s to be expected

very difficult to get into the car park the open barrier button wouldn't work , was no one around to open from the Inside and the was very difficult to get hold of someone on the phone to open the gates, no ideal with two small children in winter to be stood around for almost an hour each time we needed to get into the carpark
