Booking was fine but app button would not open gate. Kept saying i was too far away. Called customer service number supplied and got a message saying number does not exist. Had to scroll through website to find another number which was on hold for ages and eventually I had to opt for text message communication. Luckily a resident arrived at the car park and let me in.

Extremely close to St Pancreas Station. Essential after a long day travelling. Also no confusion about whether or not you are in the congestion charge area (you are not).

Following other reviews, I was careful to ensure the app had permission to access my location. The 'open barrier' button worked perfectly. Easy access to the spaces, outside of the congestion charge zone, and plenty of room to park, not at all busy. Would definitely use this car park again if in the area.
