Very easy to use

Safe and secure parking. Well spaced. Good location. Given entry code was not working but was soon resolved by a new access code from a very helpful operator.

Easy parking experience. You get sent messages to remind you. You get a map to show you how to get there. You get a picture of where the parking is. That’s extremely helpful for me as I wasn’t sure if I had the right place but the pictures confirm I did. You can add on extra time if you need more. I couldn’t fault my experience. All went well and smooth. Just download the app when you are in a secured WiFi area. And make sure it’s from the App Store. My husband tried to download the app in an unsecured space and got scammed.

The code I was supplied via email did not work. I arrived at midnight as my flight was delayed . I called customer services but they are not open 24hr and did not open until 8am. I had to find street parking - I then had to wake up at 8am to try and contact your team. No one answered the phone. A local resident was kind to let me use their phone as I did not have a UK phone and your do not use what’s app. I managed to connect with another person who was parking later in the morning and she passed on the new code. I was able to use the parking garage for the last couple of days of my booking. When I left I saw the keypad had been replaced. I would like to ask for a refund of the first nights parking. I have used this parking space previously and never had any issues. Hopefully this is not resolved

Secure parking. Well lit. Numbers on the spaces need to be repainted. The entry code we were given didn't work. The spaces could be tight to a larger vehicle, I had an Audi A3 and just fit.

Perfect parking was same just a little bit expansive

The passcode that they gave me didn’t work so I have to call the help line to get some help. Also the car park space didn’t have the numbers, it’s confusing where to park. I misses the appointment because it took too long to park the car. The location is great and very easy to fine the place.

The code provided in the description was wrong and my phone didn't have enough signal so had to move around to try the 'open gate' button on the JustPark app. It kept giving me error. I called customer services and had to wait for ages in the 28 degrees heat. I lost about 20mins of parking time. A bad experience.

As other users have experienced, we also were unable to get into this parking garage as the PIN listed was incorrect. After being on hold for over 20 mins, we missed the opportunity to make our appointment and were seeking alternative last minute parking.
