The car park was easy to find, easy access to all the amenities round Kensington, easy to access, apart from couldn't get the app to work to open the door on my phone but put the code in and it work, nice and secure, will use again thank you.

Great, fuss-free first experience of this service in London. Word of caution for WAV vehicles, angle between street and ramp may scrape your low undercarriage. Hopefully just an unpleasant noise while going over it (not inspected closely yet and 100+ drive home was fine). Very satisfying gate, opens just slowly enough to allow re-belting and shuts fast enough to feel safe. Suggested improvements (no big deal but would be great if easy to implement): I used gate for exit and re-entry in foot, wasn't sure whether should have gone another way so instructions / signage on that could be helpful. I was in a rush so may have missed something. Also a refresh of space numbers would be helpful.
