Royal Garden Hotel - Kensington Car Park (ONLY For medium and small-sized vehicles)

The parking is not part of the hotel nor NCP but Parkbee who did not recognise my licence number nor did the barrier raise upon entry nor exit. I wasted about an hour trying to get in/out and the hotel was embarrassed but not very helpful. JustPark needs to review its agreement with the new owners Parkbee who do not answer the call button for help at the barrier. In fact, they go home and you're left stranded

The entry into the car park was down a very narrow twisty slope and it was very hard to drive down.

Spaces definitely small to medium cars. Good location. Quick and easy booking. No issues. Would recommend.

Perfect space for me

Entrance to go down to parking is very narrow tight space swirling all the way to the bottom

I found the heltaskelta like entrance and exit very difficult

My first experience of booking a London parking spot like this so I didn't know what to expect but it was very straightforward to book, find and use. The description said small and medium sized cars and I wouldn't have wanted to drive anything bigger than the Honda Jazz we were using in or out of the car park!

Not suitable for larger vehicles

The entrance to the carpark for large vehicles like my X5 is extremely challenging, the lane leading down is so narrow... It has a long corkscrew route before you eventually get into the carpark area. My mistake for not reading the details properly beforehand!

Tight access, but was fine with a focus estate - once in the car park the it felt secure and my car comfortably fitted in a space.
