Getting down to the car park is a bit tricky. It's very narrow. I just took my time. Once you're at basement level their is plenty of space. Great if you're visiting Kensington Palace or The Royal Albert Hall.

The parking is not part of the hotel nor NCP but Parkbee who did not recognise my licence number nor did the barrier raise upon entry nor exit. I wasted about an hour trying to get in/out and the hotel was embarrassed but not very helpful. JustPark needs to review its agreement with the new owners Parkbee who do not answer the call button for help at the barrier. In fact, they go home and you're left stranded

The entry into the car park was down a very narrow twisty slope and it was very hard to drive down.
