Parking in advance on the website easy. Needed an extra hour, I was told to go to "my booking" and get extra time. Went to website to get a message saying "no booking found", so could not progress. Standing in front of a payment machine the QR was useless - phoned the tel no spoke to 2 x staff offering to pay for extra time (not easy in a noisy basement) - was referred to the App or website! !
I wasted 30 + minutes of my life just trying to pay (unsuccessfully) to get an extra hour of parking. Why has something so simple as parking been made so difficult and frustrating. QR codes are cloned - Wifi is often poor. Why could I not buy an extra hour with a card when standing in front of the parking machine?
Will actively avoid JustPark in future. Awful experience, spoilt the day.
