Easy to you and secure parking

Parking space existed, wasn't difficult to locate & use. Pin code & access telephone number worked first time. Vehicle was kept secure & untouched. Was quite expensive though

Codes given but didn't work.

Very secure carpark, clear instructions on how to enter and exit. When arriving there is a number to call to request the metal shutter to be lifted. Just beware the car park closes at 6pm, after this time you need to wait until some else is entering to get in through the shutter. We were lucky that someone else was driving in as we arrived. Not sure what we would have done otherwise. This wasn’t made clear when we booked, happened to see it when doing a google search for directions.

When I arrived I put in the code to open the shutter and it did not work, I found another code that to did not work, I then tried calling the number on the app only to get hung up on after about 15 minutes, luckily I could reach the green open button on the inside of the shutter to open it otherwise I would have paid all that money and not been able to park, needs to be sorted out

Very happy with space, easy to find once in , big enough and felt safe leaving it there . Could have been better signage as difficult to find the place via the sat nav. Discreet

It's was secure and close to our hotel And not over expensive.
