Overall very good. But had booked for 2hrs due to traffic and l was late so l used it for the last hour because l didn't know what will happen if l overlap the time booked. Was very helpful when l called asking for my pin.

Really secure, great location for the Strand and a 10min stroll to Leicester Sq/Covent Garden. Very easy to find, just read the directions, space was adequate for a large saloon and a 4x4 and very well signposted and lit. 10/10 will park again.

Worst car park experience of my life. No adequate description of the location of the car park and how you can access it. Poor customer service as well. Pin access wasn’t sent until I got there and rang them. I missed my appointment time but I was graciously allowed in.

I could not use the parking reservation as the directions were completely WRONG and it was IMPOSSIBLE to find the place. REFUND PLEASE!
