I was working in leyton today so I used the 'just park' app to park my car on this driveway from 8.30am - 5.30pm. I've used it many times before and it's been fine. However today I was in a rush in the morning as I was running a bit late so I parked a little bit close to the driveway owners car. On returning to the car after work, I see that someone has pushed my left Wing mirror out and back. I have auto folding electric mirors. So when I lock my car my mirrors fold in. So someone has gone up to my passenger side Wing mirror pushed it so hard so that it's straight and then pushed it again, So that it was bent backwards on itself. Luckily when I got in the car and noticed I managed to move it back to its original position. When I then used the folding mirror button in the car I heard a loud "crack" sound as it clicked back into place with the electric mechanism. From then it returned back to its original position and the electric folding function seems to be working fine. But i'd really like to know who did this and why they did this? I dont know if it was a random person who just looked at my car and decided to try and break my Wing mirror? Or was it someone else? When I got home I tried to do the same thing they did and it's extremely hard to do... Near impossible to force it back like that. So someone's pushed it with a lot of force and they would have heard a huge cracking sound as it was forced over the electric mechanism. It would have felt and sounded like they'd broken it. I know the space owner has a ring doorbell and another separate camera facing the driveway. So maybe they can have a look and see who was responsible ?? In hindsight I should have knocked on the door and asked if they knew what happened. Hopefully they see this review and reply.

I did not know that this road and others around it have no restrictions on parking on Saturday. Gutted that I had to pay when I could have parked for free. Otherwise safe and easy location for weekday parking!
