car park was full when we arrived but the hotel was very accommodating and made an extra space for us. when we returned we went to reception to tell them we were leaving, we got to use the toilet and even got a free cookie

Dreadful
Paid for the underground car park
Couldn't fit my medium size car into the 1 remaining space as the other cars edged over the lines
If you have a fairly big car forget it , no chance
I then parked outside the hotel , told the staff inside what had happened , they said its ok
Came back / no ticket
Today .... got a letter with a £60 fine on it for parking where I shouldn't

spaces are a bit tight for larger vehicles. but a great spot.

Good Parking space very close to Hyde Park. This parking was close to transport links such as the central line and bus stops.
I'd consider this a small car park just fitting a handful of cars. but I managed to get the second to last space upon arrival.
The security barrier no longer exists and the car registration is captured by a ANPR camera. As far as security and safety, the car park could maybe be better. But the cars are out of sight and out of mind from main road viewing - so consider this when choosing.
The good thing is staff seem to be in and out of a nearby back entrance, so good for security.
I recommend! Maybe 4 to 5 out of 5 stars. I would park here again for ease of access to central/Hyde park.
