ALSO, YOU GIVE ME A 3-month advance notice and I deduct the 300 GBP deposit for those 3 months (you don't pay the last three months) and you safely return the FOB Keys and Parking display badge at the end of the last three months to me.1 space located on Hopton Road in London. The space is big enough to fit large vehicles i.e. Volvo XC90. Please see the pictures attached. You have a Security barrier gate, Building IN and OUT gates, and a courtyard fully secure parking space. 5-minute walk to Shops, Amenities, Elizabeth lines, TFL, Ferry, etc.
