Parking space on Highfield Avenue, NW11

Arrived at the space within my booked time and it was inaccessible due to an Audi A7 being parked within. I called the space owner who was very apologetic who advised of an unmonitored area to park within the complex. I didn't feel comfortable parking there as it was near bins storage cupboard and any one needing access could bump the car with the gate. The space owner did say she would refund the amount paid but nothing seen yet. The location is excellent for Brent Cross tube but as the parking area is open it may be subject to abuse as I found.

Fantastic spot. Just off the end of the M1 and literally next to Brent Cross underground station. Well described instructions from the owner. I will definitely be using this again.

I received the instructions by text and it did not instruct which bay to use ( although it did on the email ) I parked in bay 18 and upon return to the car there was a note saying it was a private bay. I spoke to the owner of Flat 18 and was informed I should have parked in bay 15. To avoid this happening again suggest full instructions are sent on the text message. Apart from that the location was ideal and would use again.

Less than a minute to the tube station, private flat car park, easy to find and less than 30 mins (£1.50) to the center. Never booking anywhere else again in London.
