Wasn't notified which spot was allocated; then by chance happened to come across a neighbour who said I would still need a permit to park in the spot, otherwise would be fined. She then kindly provided me with a visitors permit to avoid this. I then decided to pay for parking elsewhere for the duration of time needed.
