Good parking,maybe a small just park sign on the fence inline with the parking space , so there is no doubt the space is yours

The description, it seems to me, somewhat misleading. As you enter the parking, the allocated parking space is on your left, but in description it says second on your right. It would be second on your right if you are facing the building, but when you enter, the building is behind you. I tried to phone the owner and left the phone message. He texted me later with the message that it's all good.
