No parking guaranteed. Appharently someone else in the spot. Requesting refund as had to find alternative. Won't use private parking again. Bad first time experience.

No issue Parking and good half mile walk to Hammersmith station.
Only down side "tree" which obviously attracts birds - as car covered in bird pooh (must be heavy birds as thick) and when car cleaned has put permanent mark in paintwork!! not owners fault save annoying
