Had a reservation when we arrived car park was closed and we had no communication from Just Park about this. OUTRAGEOUS customer service. Customer service allocated a different car parking area but no parking available when we got there! So we were stuck. Had to find alternative parking ourselves as under time constraint. Not knowing the area and at night difficult to do. Such shoddy awful service I will NEVER EVER use Just Park again

AVOID AVOID AVOID. We booked two spaces from last night into late today. All spaces were full last night and all day today. No support overnight from JustPart and no number to call for the space owner. I think its a spam listing. DO NOT BOOK THIS SPACE.

The only available space was the disabled bay, luckily I am a blue badge holder and was able to use it but that was never specified on my booking. There was no other bay available.

The parking spot was ok for our car, though very little room for manoeuvre. …. And you definitely couldn’t fit a van in to the space.
Whilst the details stated 24 hr access, and return at anytime , we didn’t feel confident that a space would still be available on our return. Luckily we didn’t really need to move the car until the end of our stay, so this wasn’t a major problem for us….. just something I think you should be aware of if you are thinking of booking this space

I got to the parking spaces but there weren't any, tried to call 3 times but never got through to anyone. So not only did I pay the 24.99 to you I also had to pay £57 in a car park around the corner!!

We arrived at the car park to find it had been pre-booked in full to a film company for this day and the day before. Just Park must have known this when they took my booking.
