car park space was not used as the owner did not leave the gate open, no code was given and no phone number to contact! spoke to just park and they could not find suitable parking close by. had to find other parking space. very inconvenient. Do not use this car parking space!

We arrived at the parking space and couldn't enter via electric gates as the owners of the property were away and we had been given no access details, nor provided with a contact number. Someone who was looking after the property opened the gate for us so we could drive in. However we waited half an hour for them to come out of the house to open the gate so we could get out so as three females in an unfamiliar area we felt trapped. Eventually after helping us get out of the gates, they advised us that if we left the car there we wouldn't be able to get access later to collect it so now already feeling anxious, stressed and late, we had to find alternative parking. Horrific experience.
