Easy to book
Original booking accepted and later declined after payment by the owner of the parking space for a reasonable reason.
Immediate notification and private apology from the space owner which I thought was very gracious.
Space I used was in quiet residential area and large enough for a big 4x4.
5 stars assuming refund from original booking occurs!
