Novotel Greenwich Car Park

As it's such a small car park and being overbooked, a driver parked their car against a wall rather than in a bay making it almost impossible for us to reverse out of our bay. Neither Just Park or the Hotel can do anything at all if a car chooses to park and blocks in your car. It took 20 turns and bumper to bumper contact to eventually get our car out of the bay. Despite the ordeal wasting an hour of our life, there's no offer for compensation from Just Park. People can apparently park anywhere they want, even if it's not a marked bay. Ridiculous!

I paid for parking here on Justpark. I have just received a parking fine still from the carpark company.

1) Trying to book my parking space was made difficult by glitches on your website 2) On arrival I wasn't sure if a space was allocated or I could just park anywhere. Perhaps this could be made clearer on the site? 3) I thought it was expensive!

No free parking spaces so was forced to park in a disabled space - not good and will never use again.

It was so easy to book and then check in .carpark was small but nice and secure
