Novotel Greenwich Car Park

Had to wait for ages to be let out of the car park

Easy, reliable and quick.

Pre booked my parking space, the car park is very small to navigate around especially if you have a higher car. When we drove there, no free spaces and when I went into reception to ask them why there wasn’t a free space she said oh are you sure, well it’s first come first serve. And told me to email JustPark to get a refund.

Exiting was delayed because air I thought the barrier would just open and I needed to press the intercom button!

Disgustingly expensive. £126 for 3 days of parking. Greenwich Novotel, which is already expensive (~£25 per day), but this was nearly double the rate despite being in exactly the same parking area. I'm a wheelchair user and as parking is already a big issue, I had to book in advance or I risked having no parking as Novotel operate on a 'first come, first serve' policy. However, there was no option for an accessible space there, so I had to risk nobody parking next to me to ensure I could get back in my car. I cannot understand why parking is over £40 per day, when it is in the exact same area where parking is nearly half that (and still ridiculously expensive). Disgusting and exploitative.

all the just park spaces were full, but the hotel said we could use other spaces. I tried to call customer services and was on hold for over 20 mins then gave up.

If we had booked the parking directly, it would be much cheaper. 24 hour parking cost was £30, Just park took nearer to £40.

My first time using JustPark and it was really easy, worked amazing well, all instructions v clear and nice place to park for the day.
