Parking on Garvary Road, E16

Loved my first experience of renting someone’s parking space. Had many options in the area I was looking to park (Excel) and found a pretty reasonable price amongst them all and I was even an added extra this time, which allowed me to extend the parking time to the rest of the day at no extra cost from 6 to 10 hours. Space was easy to find with address given and was a well maintained spot. Do be quick when booking though, I had found a very, very cheap price close to the place earlier, but I hesitated for an hour when finalising meet up plans with friends and when I came back it had been booked and I the next cheapest was unfortunately £5 more! Still better than parking at the venue. My only con is that the “Transaction Fee” is added on extra after your choice has been made and I hate hidden fees. Just add them on when I’m searching - I’m sure you already know percentage wise what you want to charge Just Park, so add this to your software algorithm to add this on at the search point. Would have given Five Stars otherwise.

Great parking space if your going to the excel, walked there in under 10 minutes! Space fit my 4x4 fine, I had a car seat to get out so I reversed in as it was behind the passenger seat and there is bushes on the other side of the space which makes it tight to open the door so I climbed across to the passenger side which I was expecting to do anyway from photos and description provided when booked. I felt happy to leave my car there, would use again!

Excellent space, easy to get to and find / easy walk to the station as well. Very safe place to leave my car!

Space is clear with plenty of room for the driver to get out, though passengers might want to get out before parking. In a block of flats and the house in front has a CCTV camera so felt safe leaving the car there. 8 mins walk from Custom House DLR for ExCel along reasonably quiet streets

Mostly had great experiences with Just Park but really think it varies dependant on the location and booking period (i.e. a few hours, a day, or rolling time frame). On the whole, easy to find and book parking, clear instructions for what to expect and how to access, and at very reasonable prices! Had a few challenges with longer term bookings and accurate availability information from some users, but only on a couple of isolated occasions. I'd certainly use for short-term parking, but on a rolling term, that would take a bit more consideration.
